RENTAL

LEASE RATES:

Rates vary according to unit size and location. All rates are subject to state and local taxes. Rates may change without notice.

MAKING YOUR RESERVATION

1. 25% of the first month's rental is due as advance deposit to hold your reservation.
2. The balance of your first month's rental is due with completion of your lease.
3. As each unit is individually owned, all rentals require a security deposit in the amount of $500.00.
4. Occupancy limits: 1 Bedroom - 2 persons, all others floorplans - 4 persons.
5. Pets are prohibited. We do not accept credit cards. U.S. funds only.
6. Check-in time is 2:00 PM, Check out time is 10:00 AM.

We offer after hours check-in service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs at least 90 days prior to the start of the rental period. 
A cancellation Fee of $150 will be deducted from your deposit.
